About

I don't believe movement is about exercise. I believe it's how we build a life.

Over time, our bodies become a reflection of how we've lived. Our posture, strength, breathing, and movement tell the story of our habits, our challenges, our resilience, and the ways we've cared for ourselves. When we change the body with intention, we don't just become stronger—we change the way we experience our lives.

For more than twenty-five years, I've helped clients build stronger bodies and richer relationships with themselves through movement. My goal has never been to help someone simply exercise more. It's to help them create a body that supports the life they want to live.

My approach has been shaped by a lifetime of studying movement from different perspectives. My background in contemporary dance and choreography taught me to see the body as expressive, and deeply intelligent. Years of strength training showed me the value of resilience and discipline. Pilates refined my understanding of control, precision, and alignment, while yoga introduced restoration and recovery as equally important parts of the process. More recently, my study of the nervous system has deepened my understanding that lasting change is never just physical—it involves the whole person.

Today, I don't think in terms of separate disciplines. I think in terms of people. Every client brings a different history, different goals, and a different relationship with their body. My role is to meet them where they are and help them build strength, confidence, mobility, and trust in themselves through a practice that fits their life.

After thousands of coaching sessions, I've noticed that clients rarely come to me because they simply want a workout. More often, they're navigating a transition. They're rebuilding after loss, stepping into leadership, rediscovering themselves after raising a family, or realizing they want the next chapter of their lives to feel different from the last. Movement becomes more than exercise. It becomes a place to reconnect with themselves and begin again.

That is the work I love most.

I believe a strong body creates possibilities. It gives us the capacity to carry more, recover more quickly, move with confidence, and meet life with greater presence.
